Hello guys, I am new here and as I see that typeform has no real customer support it is a bit confusing. I paid for the responses, but was not able to choose the audience - is it normal? Also, how fast will I start seeing the responses if I chose 100 responses during one month?

You would need you share the Typeform you created with your target audience.
Once any user fills up and submits your Typeform it would instantaneously popup on your end

hmm so for what did I pay money? I thought typeform is sending out my typeform to the target audience to get responses….?

It doesn’t work like Facebook ads where you can define the audience to receive your typeform.
