How to delete a response from survey

Thank you but it doesn't give me answer to my question. I already deleted responses with the "delete" button, but the fact is it didn't deleted it from my survey's results. So they appears in my survey's results and make it false. 

I want that the survey's results don't take count on the deleted responses.

Hi @LouisedeCreaft Hm, the delete button should fully delete the results. If it’s still there, it might be best to contact our support team here, who can look at your form directly to see why that response isn’t deleting properly.

@LouisedeCreaft - one of the other things that you could try as well, is to Connect your typeform to Google Sheets and do the removal of the spam records and analysis of your resultant data set there..
