How to identify respondents if survey link sent via whatsapp

How do i know who has responded or not if the survey has been populate via a link on whatsapp?

Hi @pusharma Thanks for stopping by the community! Our forms won’t collect any information that isn’t asked in the form, so you will either need to ask for identifying information in the form (such as asking their name or email) or pass in the data using hidden fields. Though, because hidden fields would be able to pull data from something like a CRM system, not Whatsapp, I would definitely suggest adding a name question in there!
