I recently created a type form to get feedback from my team and cannot find how to see who the responses came from. Suggestions?

this comes to you from a fellow user
You could include a question that asked your team to identify themselves, either a Short Text question to put in their name or an Email question to get them to put in their email.
This way you would know who was responding and their answers.
