Hi

I can't receive a response on my gmail account but other mail server(yahoo) can. 

Could anyone help me to fix this problem?

Hi @Austin Kuo If you have a Gmail that’s controlled by a company, it might be a restriction your company has set in place. Otherwise, the best option would be to contact Google to see if there are any restrictions in your Gmail account blocking the emails. 

Finally, you can also contact our support team here, and they can double check in the backend that the emails are going through.
