I don't get the email notifications

Dear all,

 

somehow in the latest typeform I published I didn’t get any of the notifications although they're “on” and my colleague, who's supposed to receive them too, does get them.

I really got none of the 45 answers; my colleagues got them all.

 

Any idea? I checked the chat before about a similar subject, and my notifications are on, and my form is publishes :)

Hi @ProdMCO If you’ve published the changes to your form and the notifications are still not sending, it may be worth contacting our support team here. They can check the backend to see if the emails are getting blocked or bounced.
