I have more responses than submissions

Hello! I am a bit confused because the panel shows more responses than submissions. You can see here. I checked the last question of the survey and it shows 213 people responded, so 213 finished the survey. But I don’t get why only 175 submissions, what is the difference between responses and submissions then?

After that’s been resolved, let us know if you’re still experiencing the issue.
