I have an account which I pay £31 a month for, however I am not able to see any insights or re-direct someone to my website.
I have other people who have the free version but can see the insights and re-direct, are there any thoughts why this might be?

I totally understand the confusion over this. We've been working on a different pricing structure and it seems you are on the latest version of these plans, but there are customers on different legacy versions and the access to the features might be different according to it.
In fact, the redirect feature isn’t part of the Start plan. However, the redirect on completion has never been available for free users.
