Is anyone else having issues with the Upload file feature?

I have a form where i request to put images as response, however lately some of the forms when uploading images keep saying: "Sorry, that didn't work"

Can you please share the link to your form so I can have a look?

In terms of the images that you’re uploading, are they less than 10MB in size?

Hi I’m having the exact same issue - it either tells people “sorry that didn’t work” or it just hangs there
