Hi everyone,
Have just created my first form for my families to complete each day and feedback to me.
I have had 5 responses back from having emailed the link to them, however when I look at responses I cannot work out which response is whose… Do I need to pop in a question for them to put their name in or can I see their email address somewhere else?

For some reason, these Hidden Fields only appear for a short time in the Results, before disappearing…. it’s very irritating and I don’t understand why it happens…. any clues? Thanks, Emily
