Making the report of the result private

When I generate a report of the result and share it internally with the action owner, is there a way to make the link not accessable to the public (if they got hold on the link)? So we run monthly surveys to our users and the responses are private so whenever I share the result with PMs et al I wish they are the only one that can access it.

I know about the[ Access: Enable link] but that enables/disables for everyone. Is there an sso connection/integration we can use so that we can limit who can access and who can not?

Thank you!

Hi @HannaJ If you embed the report on your website, then you can set whatever parameters you would like on the website for viewing it. Of course, if someone did still get the original link, then they would be able to access it. (Though, it would have to be a really crafty person to know where to find that in an embed code.)

Either way, I’ll share the feedback with the product team!

Hi @HannaJ Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a good one. While we don’t have this feature available within our product, you could embed the report onto your website and from there, make the page private.

I don’t quite follow what you mean, whoever gets hold of the link to the report would then be able to access it regardless, right? However, if I still can enable the link access but have it embedded that could maybe work.

Currently I am only sharing it internally to those who need access to it but since it contains client’s responses about their security measures it needs to have a higher restriction.

Filing this mostly for future considerations if other users/customers have the same need/request.
