mark as complete once response is handled

Hi ​@Sophie Marcil one way of doing this manually is to use the “tags” feature in the Typeform Responses section. This will allow you to manually add tags (see screenshot) to mark when an order is fulfilled.

 

Alternatively, you could use tagging rules to tag a request as handled once a certain condition in the form has been met (e.g. product is selected)
