Hello,

I’m trying to generate a report for a form but no matter what I try (change date filter, etc) it gives me wrong data.

For now we have 7 respondents that answered all questions but on the report it says not all of them answered every question.

Summary of my form :

Question 1
Question 2

Report :

Question 1
Question 2 (even showing me a 120% somehow)

Hey @ApollineG,

Hmm that’s does seem strange. If you’ve applied filters to your summary, the filters won’t be reflected in the report.

I would recommend reaching out to our support team via this link and they can help troubleshoot.

Hey @ApollineG - I work at Typeform on this feature.

One question for you -- do you capture partial responses using a partial response submit point in this form?

The new summary page you’re seeing here by default shows both the partial and full responses. The report that only shows 6 responses only uses completed responses.

One way to test if this is the cause -- in filters, you will see a response type filter. From here, you can select just completed and if my hypothesis is correct, you should see only 6 responses.

If this isn’t it, I’d talk to our support team and then I can take a look at it further.

Thanks!

All of my responses are completed, and this still doesn't explain the 120% I get on my report

I don’t have any filter activated on any side, everything is the same. (The issue still persists)
