My results are not showing

Hello, 
I’m having trouble to access my results. The only part that is shown is the overall responses, and I need  to see the individual answers. 

Im having this problems for almost 2 weeks now and I dont find a answer for it. 

 

Can someone help me, please?

Hi @Marcelle cotrim Do you mind sharing a screenshot of what you’re seeing (or not seeing)? And if you haven’t already, do you mind clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if this solves the issue?
