Need help tracking my typeform

Hey! We run a sales team that would like to give out the link to the same typeform. We have created 6 different pages on our website and embedded the same typeform on each of the pages.

How can I tell which customer came from which sales person’s URL?

Example: CJ puts out the link www.mywebsite.com/cj and the customer then proceeds to fill out the typeform from that link. Then Fred puts out his link www.mywebsite.com/fred and another customer then proceeds to fill out the typeform on that link.

How can I track which customer came from which link using the exact same typeform?

@Township - you could add a hidden field to your typeform called ‘salesrep’ and then have your reps send out the link using the syntax like this

 https://yourform.typeform.com/formname#salesrep=fred or salesrep=cj

this is called using hidden fields and passing a hidden field value. when the user clicks the link provided by the salesperson, the ‘fred’ or ‘cj’ in the above would be submitted in the form in the salesrep field.

that way you would know..
