Not getting response forms forwarded


I never had an issue but lately none of my responses to a form have been forwarded to me...why?

Hi @Bestbetz There are a few reasons why this might be happening: 

  1. There were changes to the form, such as in the notifications field, that haven’t been published. Thus, the notifications won’t send. 
  2. The email has been blocked in our email sending system for reasons such as the email unsubscribed to notifications, wasn’t able to receive emails, etc. If your form is published, then for this reason (#2), you’ll want to contact our support team here for further help, providing them the URL of the form in reference and the email address.

All fixed...couple issues

 

1.for some reason my email was set to unsubscribed so nothing was forwarding...a tech person fixed that 

 

2...needed to hit publish again to make sure forwarding worked
