Notificaiton

​@DavLin06 - did you enable a ‘follow-up’ to your form’s submission that would notify you? 

click on the Settings (gear) icon at the top of the screen then select follow-ups

then you can create a new followup by following the ‘prompts’ - ie select setup a trigger event

select one of the options below - usually any full response

then, once you have saved it, click on the Create Actions to Trigger button

to get a response sent to you, use the Receive email notifications option. fill in the boxes on the following page(s) and save the details. 

now you will get a response.
