Other responses not populating

@Deniz - one of the common issues of this happening is that the respondents are NOT clicking the ‘checkmark’ button at the right hand side of the Other input space to ‘lock in’ their response. If they just type it in and then click the OK button it will NOT save the entry. 

I have added a message to the user in the description area to remind them to do that in order to ‘save’ their answer - it’s a how i deal with this issues.
