Hello, I'm having difficulties regarding the phone number to contact, I recently received some potential customers but they put a number that I can't get in touch with, I would like to know if there is any way to confirm the phone number via SMS before going to the next questions, that way I believe that we would have fewer wrong numbers and optimize our time.

It's not possible to confirm the phone number via SMS at the moment, but I can see how that would be useful! As a workaround, I can only think of asking for the phone number again. This way, if there was a mistake in the first phone number, this might be corrected when the respondent is adding it again.
