Plan Not Showing


hi, i just upgraded for a plan but my form still does not show me the results? and it say that i need to pay for a plan although i received an email confirming my paid plan.

Hi @Wadha did you already submit a ticket to our billing team? We can double check they have received it. We’re also doing the same for @William N. 

We don’t have access to your accounts here in the community to see what’s happened during the upgrade process but we can definitely help get you the support you need 😊
