Push partial responses into CRM via direct integration

Hi community,

I’d like to transfer partial responses to our CRM, but this is currently not working. I activated the setting “Send partial responses to integrations” at a later date after my survey had already been shared. Perhaps this is the reason, but new partial responses were not transferred either. Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?

Oh perfect, thank you, ​@Wiebke ! Since you've set up the integration already, you’ll want to make sure to update your Salesforce package or re-install Typeform on the Salesforce app exchange to activate this update for partial responses. Salesforce Objects will update with the latest full/partial response according to the schedule you've configured in Salesforce.

Let me know if this doesn’t work!

Hi Grace,

Here is my feedback on this topic, and thank you for your help. I tried both ways, but neither updating the Salesforce package nor reinstalling the Typeform package on the Salesforce AppExchange helped. Is there another solution you can recommend?
