We created a job application form where applicants can upload resumes; we receive up to 2K applications monthly; for now, all uploaded resumes need to be downloaded. Can we view the PDFs online instead of downloading them?
We connected the upload question to google drive, but it doesn't create a URL; we either have to go to the link folder and manually search for the resume or click the response sheet and download the file.

You can connect your upload question to Google Drive or Dropbox and then use their online preview feature to view the resumes without having to download them.
To enable the online preview feature in Google Drive, you can change the sharing settings of the folder where the resumes are stored to "Anyone with the link can view."
Then, you can simply click on the resume file in the folder, and it will open in a new tab, where you can view it online.
