Ran out of responses on my plan. Can't I see the responses from before the upgrade? Can I find them somewhere or are they just lost?

Hi @anitadalsgaard Thanks for stopping by the community and apologies for any confusion. 

Once your account has run out of responses, you will need to upgrade your account to view all the responses. You can read more about reaching your response limit here

Thank you @Liz for a quick reply. I have upgraded but my account still haven’t refreshed all the responses. Do I need to do something?

Hi @anitadalsgaard I would suggest having the billing team take a further look into this since they can access your account and billing. If you haven’t already, you can contact them from your account email here.
