removing data from summary report

I’m creating a self-assessment that will email each person their responses upon completion. However, I’d also like the responses to be anonymous to me (in other words, I love the summary data that comes in the reporting section collectively, but would love to be able to strip the data field that includes their email address in their individual report). Is this possible, or are their any other workarounds (i.e. print results at end where they would not need to give me their email address to get their responses)? Thanks in advance!

Hi @BWK. Welcome to our Community!

If you've asked for the respondents' email, this data will be stored and available for you. However, you do have the option to generate a report and hide the email question. This way, when checking the results of your report, the email question won't appear. :)

Keep in mind that if you check it directly from your Results panel, the email information will still be there.

Does it make sense to you?
