Hi, I have chosen required response in my form for all questions. In testing, this is only working intermittently. I do not have any logic skips, it is only a series of 3 statements where I am requiring them to click the only answer response in a multiple choice format to confirm that they understand. I have checked and re-published. Can you please advise why this may not be working.

HI Liz, thank you so much for responding. I did end up just sending it out anyway. Whilst I have had a few miss the first question, on the whole, its not being problematic.
