Hi @weorin fantastic question! There are a few ways to view who responded to your form. 

The first way would be to check out the Results section of your account. You can also export the results or integrate with one of our native integrations to view the results elsewhere in a format you prefer, too. 

If you’d like to receive notifications when the form has been submitted, you can setup self-notifications to get an email each time someone submits your form.
