RESPONSE LIMIT

Hi everyone,

Sorry I’m quite new here. I sent a request form to the Suport Team but maybe (hopefully) it will be quicker to get an answer with the Community...

I have the Free Plan that limits to 10 responses. I did reach the 10 responses, but it also says ‘Resets on Jul 10’ which supposed to be today. Unfortunately for some reason, my form is still closed and on my workspace it says that I did hit my monthly limit.

I’m a bit confused now… Do I have to do a particular manipulation in my account for it to be reset please?

Hi @Mula Cake As the form is closed, you’ll need to re-open the form. Let us know if you have any trouble re-opening the form. 😀

Well I believe the form automatically close once we reach the limit. Because when I go on setting it says “Your typeform is open to new responses.” However when I publish it it says ‘Hey :) This typeform is now closed”… 

All sorted for me. I t has Finally been reset. thank you for helping me!
