Response to 1 question does not show up in results

Hi, I have a question on a survey I made. 

When I look at the survey results online on typeform, I see all the results to all the questions. When I export the results however one question is randomly missing and does not show up on the excel. Why is that?

Hi @liyaaa What is the question type of the response that isn’t exporting?
