Responses not showing for one particular question

Hello, 

One of the questions in my survey is required but the responses to that question aren’t showing up in results summary. 

If I download the responses, the answers for that question show up in the excel file but not the response summary.

If anyone has any solutions that would be super helpful!

Hi @MCforever Happy Thursday! Do you have any logic jumps set up on the form that would skip over that question?

all of a sudden 2 of our computers can't see the responses from any typeform we tried loging in again and restarting the computer but it's not helping>  Any suggestions

Icant see the individuals responses, only the summary.

Hey @Sharon.Kramer @Marcelle cotrim sorry you’re having this issue, could you try clearing your cache to see if this resolves the issue?

Thanks @Marcelle cotrim if you open a browser tab there should be the 3 dots in the top right - click here and you should see an option to clear browsing data. I would recommend choosing a time frame from before you started experiencing the issue with results page to see if that resolves it.
