Hi, I had a free plan but I received many emails because I collected to many responses. So, I upgrade my plan, but the results didn’t appear in my account, is it normal ? Can I find it somewhere.

When you reach your response limit, the form becomes private/closed to new submissions. When you upgrade, the form becomes public and will collect responses again. You can refer to this article to understand this a little bit better.
