Hello, I wanted to know if there was a way to retrieve the results of a quiz. Let me explain. When the user finishes a quiz, I'd like him to be able to retrieve his results. I know that e-mail works, but is there another way? Thanks in advance!

if you create your ending page with a summary of the results, using static text and the @recall function to show answers, etc, you can show the user the results. Put a note that they should print the page or copy the content if they want it.
otherwise you need to use something outside of Typeform to collate and prepare the response and provide them with a link to the download.
