Hi there, I created a customer research survey. There are certain answer choices that I have given points to because they are the answers that signify to me they are a potentially great customer. I don’t need my customer to see this score… I just want to see out of all the poeple who took my survey, who scored the highest based on my points criteria. Is this possible?

Yes, it is! Using the Calculator feature, you're able to calculate scores and keep this for yourself only. Let us know how it goes and if you have any questions when setting up the calculations! We'll be happy to help.
+5Welcome to the community! As a fellow community member, I’m happy to report that YES this is possible.
You can actually include it as a field in the ‘Self Notification’ email you receive (toggle custom email ‘on’) from each respondent by using the @score function.
Go to the ‘gear icon’ in the Typeform → email notifications → Self Notifications → Toggle On → in message body type @ then select SCORE from your list. Don’t forget to save and publish!

What format should I use, if I want to make an evaluation with four options and assign a value to each option.
For example: Answer A = 1 point, Answer B = 2 points, Answer C = 3 points, Answer D = 4 points.
And that in the end all the points obtained in A, B, C and D are added
