Storing Typeform Responses

Hello Everyone, Is there any way we can store data directly into some third party services Google Sheets and Excel without storing into Typeform database. Currently responses are visible in both the places Typeform and Third party services. I need to store into only third party service as data is confidential.

Hi @varuntomar You can use our integrations to store data elsewhere, but the data will first be stored in Typeform. I’m afraid we don’t have a workaround for this. Though, you can delete those responses once you’ve captured them in another source.

Hello, just checking if the above reply from 20th Jan 2023 is still current.

If yes, will there be future enhancements so that integrations with third party cloud storage services can avoid data being stored in Typeform altogether? This is surely a handy feature :)

Hi @stephong1 Thanks for stopping by the community! The above information is still correct - we don’t have plans to add this to our roadmap quite yet since it’s not as common of a request, but if that changes, I’ll post an update here.
