Supporting anonymity in respondent comments.

I am getting ready to receive my first responses to a survey. I work with medical professionals and I use the Typeform survey to identify emotional issues and concerns of employees within a specific medical practice. There is concern from a medical professional within this practice that her comments (not the Q & A, yes/no answers which are data based) are not anonymous. Any advise on handling this as I collate the date and prepare to report to the owners?

Hi @Maryle Welcome to the community! Typeform doesn’t capture any information that isn’t asked on the form, so as long as there aren’t any identifying questions, the form is anonymous.

We also have a beta test going on for encrypting those responses, too, if that’s something you’d be interested in.

I like to know more about the encrypt option for responses.

Thanks,

Maryle

Hi @Maryle You can sign up to test it at the link above! We’d love to have some more testers. :grinning:
