Testimony Lost?

Hi everyone! We have a form we built for clients to submit testimonies. Recently a client filled out the form and said 100% he submitted it. Of course on our side, we have no record of it. Is there any way to retrieve this information or is it lost forever? It’s difficult to get someone to do this in the first place so I can’t possibly ask him to repeat the process. -George

@georgecostello - ask them to go through the form again .. send them the same link.. it MIGHT be that they did not submit but are still within the 15 caching period of the answers/responses.. if that is the case then their entries might still be in cache and they can simply walk through it again.. 

ask them to test it out .. and maybe offer them a coffee and bagel as incentive lol.
