On the ending screen, I asked clients for a review and added a button with a URL. Is there a way to track or see under Results if they click on the button, bounce to Google, and leave a review?

I believe the only way you can track the button click out of Typeform is to use use something like Bit.ly, for example, as your button URL. That allows you to track how many people clicked the button but not ‘who’ exactly. You would need to encourage people to leave a review then the clicks to reviews to see the drop-off. If there’s motivation for them to leave a review, that might increase your conversions to review number.
It’s not ideal but a possible workaround. Would that work?
