I need to send the survey out via email . How can I track who filled out the survey? I’m not quite sure how to use the hidden fields.

In my case, when I’m not conducting an anonymous survey, I usually collect their email/name to know who filled out the survey. In cases when I don’t want to do that, I send the survey through Mailchimp to at least track who opened the email and clicked the survey link. Do you think this could help?
