hi, I forgot to add respondent email Id, name field in my survey. Is there a way to get it from my survey questionnaire?

Depending on your plan, you should be able to go back and modify the existing survey to add those fields and republish. If you did not ask for the information and you already have responses, the data for those fields will not be magically available.
But before you modify the existing survey: duplicate it and make the changes to the duplicate copy and test them first.. this way you won’t break the currently published version while doing the testing. just a thought on safety
