URGENT - survey closed at 100 responses with business plan

Hello, my survey was automatically closed at 100 responses even if I have paid for a business plan that allows 10 000 answers for month. How to activate again my survey ?

Please help this is a survey for business opening.

              I signed up January 5 or 6, 2026. The 10,000 answers per month were allowed?

              ​@Purvis Grice - click on the gear icon (settings) and choose Access & Scheduling. make sure the toggle is set to on… as in the image below
