What I want to build:

I have, let's say, 5 topics and I want to ask 10 questions for each topic. The answers are rated on a scale of 1-5, which corresponds to points.

After 10 questions, a result will be shown: 0-10 points, 20-40 points, 40-50 points. So far, that's easy. But now I want to move on to Topic Nr. 2. What options do I have? It seems like I cannot link to other forms. Is it possible to redirect to another form?

In the end, I would like to display the total scores for all 5 topics. Is there any way to do that?

You could definitely link to another form, and this article here can walk you through passing data to another typeform. 

It might be worth also exploring the use of multiple variables within one form, and @john.desborough might have a cheat sheet that can help you set this up!

Thank you very much! I understand that I can connect two forms with links. Unfortunately, this only works in a browser window, and I cannot use a popup or iframe, correct?
