What I want to build:
I have, let's say, 5 topics and I want to ask 10 questions for each topic. The answers are rated on a scale of 1-5, which corresponds to points.
After 10 questions, a result will be shown: 0-10 points, 20-40 points, 40-50 points. So far, that's easy. But now I want to move on to Topic Nr. 2. What options do I have? It seems like I cannot link to other forms. Is it possible to redirect to another form?
In the end, I would like to display the total scores for all 5 topics. Is there any way to do that?
