I want to set up a form for a Contract and have the terms in the contract as well as the clients details either downloadable or sent somewhere. What is the best way to do this?

Hi @moorea Happy Wednesday! I hope you’re having a good one.

First, you could add a legal question to your form so that the client has to agree to the terms and conditions. I’ve seen some forms where they link to those in a hyperlink to the website, too.

From there, you could also use follow-ups to send the respondent the information after they’ve completed the form.

If you’d like both together on your side, you can view the responses in the Results panel or you could use an integration to blend everything together.
