Video answer doesn't work after I send it out to 500 candidates. Very embarrassing. Need help.

Hi ​@Realmonitor so sorry that this has happened, I would recommend reaching out to our support team, if you haven’t already, via this link. It sounds like it could be a bug, but perhaps there’s a way to recover the failed video or identify what the issue was and fix it.
