I’m using VideoAsk in my recruitment flow. Even though I’m passing a unique contact_email={{email}}
via URL for each candidate, VideoAsk still shows the same name—the first one entered—for all respondents using that email. This is breaking my Zap → ClickUp integration.
🔍 What I’ve tried:

Disabling name field on contact form

❗What I discovered:
VideoAsk ties the name to the email in its system. The first name submitted for any given email gets reused in future submissions—even if a different person uses the same email.
Has anyone else encountered this?Is there a native toggle to fully reset name per submission or something like that.
