We have a troll answering once a week... how can we do to have real metrics avoiding this troll's results?
We check big picture monthly to study results, but we have a doubt… if we do delete answers from trolls, wich results will appear? Taking in account what we have deleted or not?
How is best to do? Delete answers we consider false answers?

If that isn’t enough, you can delete the answers from the form, though these results will still show in the Insights.
You could also integrate your form with something like Google Data Studio to create your own reports and filter accordingly:
