What resources do Typeform offer to support survey analysis?

I’ve searched the how-to guides and community, and most of the posts I’ve found are either not relevant or from 1-2 years ago. I’d love direction on how to use Typeform’s analysis tools to craft a strong research story. Note that my final deliverable will be a PPT.  

  • I have open-ends I was planning to put into genAI (removing identifying details, of course). What other AI tools are useful for analysis? 
  • I want to extra charts efficiently. What is the best process for that? CSV to Excel or PPT charts?

    The Results Summary page gives you a summarized version of the answers you’ve collected from respondents. It gives you a great overview to quickly see trends with charts. On the Results Summary page, you have the option to download it as a PDF or CSV file. You can learn more about your Results Summary in this Help Center article.

     

    Another option is to use Smart Insights. This uses AI to help you quickly analyze your responses. It provides text analysis with an AI-powered summary, topic detection, and sentiment analysis. You will need an Enterprise, Talent or one of the Growth plans to use this feature. Learn more about Smart Insights here.
