Why can't I access survey responses? | Community

I’ve been reporting on surveys that we offer our clients for years. All of a sudden, my Responses page doesn’t offer the option to download responses or create a summary report. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? What’s the solution? Help!

This is what my Responses page looks like now:

 

Hi @lillianguerrero under the Results tab do you have the different tabs for Insights/Summary/Responses? I couldn’t see that part in your screen shot so want to check!

If you use Chrome this is the issue. But you can see the tabs when you use another browser like Edge or Firefox

Believe it or not, I fixed it by logging out of Typeform, clearing my history, and logging back in. The old “turn it off and on” trick! Try it!

@FaizaDevji could you try clearing your browser history/cache in Chrome to see if that resolves it?
