Why is Email editing temporarily disabled? | Community

i created a new typeform this morning and am unable to edit the Email Response. Anyone else seeing this? 

I really need to get this functionality back asap. 

 

 

I am experiencing this issue as well and need resolved ASAP on a handful of live forms that are publicly facing. It’s absurd that I have to reach out to support to have a bug manually overridden (I already contacted them).

Having the same issue.    No one has gotten back to me.    This is not a small thing.   Basically you made it impossible to send the data we receive to an email.   I’m using typeform to build forms for my clients so at the end of each one I need the email responses to get sent to my client.    Now that’s impossible.    They can’t all login to typeform to see the responses besides that’s so inefficient.  I don’t understand how this is a thing you guys have dropped the ball on.  this is CORE to your platform.       

There’s a ton I love about typeform and I am genuinely excited to use it but this is a deal breaker.  I don’t understand how anyone can use it like this.

did they fix it for you.  I’m super worries and i’m under a tight deadline.    Basically this screwed me over hard cause I was not expecting to not be able to send form data to my client.   


Hi ​@RebelForce Sadly the support team is the best option since they have access to your account, but they did let me know they responded to your inquiry the day after you contacted us here. Let me know if you didn’t receive those emails - they may be in spam!

 


I have the same issue but when clicking on contact support it just brings me back to the FAQ homepage not to the contact support one

I too am having this issue and have contacted support 2x with no response. I’m on a paid plan so it’s rather frustrating to pay for something that I can’t fully use.
