Hey there, 

I changed my email on file and now when someone completes my type form it's sending the notification to my old email which I'm going to be deactivating soon. Has anyone experienced this? maybe there is a toggle email notification or something that I am missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi @Cole_ozzy Happy Wednesday! Have you also updated the email address in the follow-up settings for each form? 

I don’t think I did. How do I do that? 

@Cole_ozzy - click on the gear icon and then choose Follow-ups … and check to see what exists… edit the email address there.. 

if you did this in an older iteration of typeform, then it would have been notifications at the time.. follow-ups replaced the notifications
