Hi we paid for the videoask plan but it hasn’t appeared in the account and we have the receipt. How is that possible?

I think it could be worth contacting the support team to investigate this one (if you haven’t already) it should be pretty instant once you’ve upgraded to be able to use all the features so I would recommend sending a message via this videoask to the support team to check what’s happened here.
